Betsy Ross

I felt a little like Betsy today. A couple of weeks ago I saw that our flag was frayed. When I pointed it out to Mark he said "we need a new flag" This was our old way of doing things before I started sewing again. I said no that I could fix it and I did!

Elijah helped me pin it and then stayed and watched as I sewed it. Now it is out front flying again.

For a moment I thought you were going to say you'd made the flag!

Jamie--Thank you for coming and checking my blog out.

Stephanie -- Well if I had been working on my bag that is still sitting there waiting for me;) But I do have to thank you as you have been one of the main reasons I am getting back into it.

Vicki -- Yah Right;) I think that would be to much for me! Thank you for thinking I could do it.

Pardon me while I wipe the druel off my chin...that sewing machine is fabulous! I'm just a wee bit envious ;o) Thanks for sending me good sewing machine vibes the other day! My little Singer is working like a champ.

Okay, I can't think, type, and talk to my girls at the same time...I meant to type DROOL...my hands automatically spelled it that way. It looks fancier though, don't you think?
